Analytics

The Analytics page turns your bookings into numbers you can act on — how much you’re earning, which services and stylists drive it, how often customers no-show, and who your best customers are. Open it from Analytics in the sidebar.

Analytics is part of the Growth plan and above. On a lower plan you’ll see a prompt to upgrade. See the plan feature matrix.

Across the top you’ll see stat tiles for the period you’ve selected:

  • Total revenue
  • Appointments
  • Avg value — average revenue per appointment
  • New customers — with returning customers alongside
  • Cancellation rate
  • No-show rate

Below the headline tiles:

  • Revenue over time — a chart of revenue across the period, with the prior period overlaid so you can see the trend.
  • Revenue by service and Revenue by stylist — ranked lists of what’s earning the most.
  • By status — how your appointments split across statuses (see appointment statuses).
  • Busiest times — when demand lands.
  • Stylist performance — a table of each stylist’s revenue, appointment count, no-show rate, and cancellation rate.
  • Top customers by lifetime value — your highest-spending customers, their visits, and when they first came in.
  1. Set the date range for the period you want to look at.
  2. Narrow the numbers by stylist, service, or status (for example, isolate no-shows).
  3. Export the data to a spreadsheet when you want to work with it outside JustBook or share it.

Analytics answers “how is my business performing?” — trends, rankings, and rates. For the money-in-detail view — invoices, payment methods, tax, and Stripe payouts — use Bookkeeping instead.
