My service isn't showing on the booking page

A service you offer doesn’t appear when a customer tries to book it online.

The service has no stylist who can perform it at the branch the customer is viewing. Your menu is a hierarchy — Collection → Category → Service → Stylist — and a service only shows online when the whole chain above it is active and at least one stylist assigned to it actually works at that branch. If every assigned stylist is unavailable at that branch, the service is a dead end, so JustBook hides it rather than let a customer pick something no one can deliver.

Fix: open Catalog, find the service, and confirm at least one assigned stylist is bookable and works at the branch in question. Assign a stylist there if none is. The Catalog page flags hidden services with the reason they’re hidden.

  1. Is the service itself active? In Catalog, an inactive service never shows. Reactivate it — but note you can’t activate a service that has no stylist assigned.
  2. Is its category active? Is its collection active? A service is hidden if any parent above it is inactive. When you deactivate a category or collection, everything under it stops showing too.
  3. Does it have a stylist assigned at all? A service with zero assigned stylists can’t be active.
  4. Do those stylists work at this branch? Even an active service is hidden at a branch where none of its stylists are bookable. Check each stylist’s branches and bookability.
  5. Are you looking at the right branch? The public menu is branch-specific. A service can show at one Marigold branch and be correctly hidden at another.
  6. Look for the hidden-service flag in Catalog. JustBook marks each hidden service with the exact reason, so you don’t have to guess which link in the chain is broken.
