Reports and logs
The Logs page keeps a searchable record of what has happened in your business — actions your team took, alerts sent to your team, notifications sent to customers, payment events, and reminders. Open Logs from the sidebar (you need the Logs permission).
Logs are organized into five tabs. Select a tab to switch views; each tab has its own filters at the top.
Activity
Section titled “Activity”The Activity tab is the audit trail of business actions — who did what and when across your account. Filter by category and severity to narrow it down.
Team Alerts
Section titled “Team Alerts”The Team Alerts tab shows internal notifications sent to your team — for example, an alert to a stylist about a new booking. Filter by event, delivery method (such as email, SMS, or WhatsApp), and status to see whether each alert sent.
Transactions
Section titled “Transactions”The Transactions tab shows customer-facing notifications — the messages sent to your customers, such as booking confirmations. Filter by notification type and status.
Payments
Section titled “Payments”The Payments tab records payment events, so you can trace deposits and charges. Filter by source and method.
Reminders
Section titled “Reminders”The Reminders tab shows the appointment reminders sent to customers. Filter by delivery method and status to confirm reminders went out and check any that didn’t.
Read a log entry’s status
Section titled “Read a log entry’s status”For alerts, notifications, and reminders, the status tells you whether a message was delivered. Filtering a tab by a failed status is the fastest way to spot messages that didn’t reach their recipient.
