Message allowance and credits
Your plan includes a set number of SMS and WhatsApp messages each month. Reminders, confirmations and any manual sends on those channels count against it.
Email doesn’t count. You can send as many emails as you like on any plan.
Where to see what’s left
Section titled “Where to see what’s left”Go to Settings → Subscription. The Messages & credits section shows, for SMS and WhatsApp separately:
- how many of this month’s included messages you’ve used
- how many you have left
- your credit balance, if you’ve bought any
The allowance resets at the start of each calendar month. Anything unused doesn’t carry over.
When you run out
Section titled “When you run out”Text and WhatsApp messages stop sending until the allowance resets — or until you buy credits. Nothing else is affected: your booking page keeps working, appointments keep being made, and email confirmations and reminders keep going out as normal.
We’ll never send more than your allowance and bill you for it afterwards. Running out is visible on your billing page, not a surprise on your next invoice.
Buying message credits
Section titled “Buying message credits”Credits top up your sending without changing your plan.
- Go to Settings → Subscription.
- In Messages & credits, pick a credit pack.
- Confirm, and you’ll be taken to secure checkout to pay.
Once payment goes through, the credits are added straight away.
Worth knowing:
- Credits never expire. Anything you don’t use stays on your account indefinitely.
- Your monthly allowance is always used first. Credits are only spent once the included messages for that month are gone, so buying early never wastes anything.
- One balance covers both channels. SMS and WhatsApp draw from the same pool.
- You pay once, at checkout. Credits aren’t a subscription and don’t renew — buy more whenever you need them.
If you regularly run out, moving to a plan with a larger allowance usually works out cheaper than buying credits every month.
Using your own SMS provider
Section titled “Using your own SMS provider”On the Pro plan you can connect your own messaging account. If you do, those messages are billed by your provider directly and aren’t counted or capped here at all — the Messages & credits section will say so instead of showing a meter.
