Bulk-edit your menu

When you need to change a lot of your menu at once — say, adjust prices across a whole category, move services between branches, or activate a batch of add-ons — editing one form at a time is slow. Bulk edit gives you a spreadsheet-style grid where you change many rows together and save once.

Open it from Menu → Bulk edit.

Bulk edit is designed for a wider screen. On a phone you can still review your menu, but the grid is easiest to work with on a tablet or computer.

The four tabs

Bulk edit has one tab per level of your menu:

• Collections — names, descriptions, and active state.
• Categories — names, their parent collection, and active state.
• Services — name, duration, price, the categories a service belongs to, its branches, assigned stylists, description, and active state.
• Add-ons — the same idea for your service add-ons.

Editing rows

1. Open Menu → Bulk edit and pick the tab for what you want to change.
2. Narrow the list with the filters (for example, one branch or one category), then Apply Filters. Use Clear to reset them.
3. Edit values directly in the grid — type a new price, toggle Active, change the assigned Branches, Categories, or Stylist.
4. Save your changes.

The same rules from the rest of your menu still apply here. Activating or moving a service can’t get around the activation and visibility rules — a service still needs an active category, an active collection, and at least one assigned, bookable stylist at a branch to appear online. If a change would leave a service unable to be booked, you’ll see the same hidden-from-booking signals you get elsewhere in the menu.

When to use bulk edit vs. the normal forms

Reach for bulk edit when you’re making the same kind of change across many items — a price round, a seasonal activation, re-assigning services after a stylist joins or leaves. For creating a single new service or making a one-off change, the normal menu forms are quicker.
