Import from Booksy

Booksy doesn’t have a reliable self-service export — you ask Booksy’s support team for your client list, and they send you the file. Once you have it, importing into JustBook takes a few minutes.

Get your client list from Booksy

1. In Booksy, open the help chat (the ? icon) — or email Booksy support — and ask for an export of your client list, including names, phone numbers, emails and notes.
2. Support will send you a CSV or Excel file. Either works in JustBook.

Some accounts do show an export under Clients → More Options → Export — if yours does, that file works too.

Import into JustBook

Open Customers → Import, upload the file, and follow the steps in Import your clients.

Because Booksy’s files are prepared by their support team, the column headings vary from one export to the next. That’s fine: JustBook’s import matches what it can automatically and lets you assign the rest by hand in the Match your columns step — any column layout works. Anything without a JustBook field (birthdays, addresses, …) can be kept as text on each record with Add ignored columns into the customer’s notes.

What can’t come across

Saved cards can’t be transferred — from Booksy or any other system. Card-network security rules (PCI) prohibit every platform, JustBook included, from passing stored card details to another system. Your clients enter their card again the first time they book or pay with you.

Appointment history is also export-only on special request at Booksy and can’t be imported into JustBook — your booking history starts fresh.
