Your brand palette

Your brand palette drives the colors customers see on your booking page — and it carries through to your admin portal and the emails you send. You pick a small set of colors, and JustBook generates the rest of the palette for you so everything stays legible and on-brand. This page covers your logo and your colors — both live on the same Branding page.

Go to Settings → Branding. The Logos section holds up to three images:

  • Logo — your main logo. Used everywhere: your booking page, admin portal, emails, and invoices.
  • Logo for dark backgrounds (optional) — turn on “Use a different logo on dark backgrounds” to upload a second version (typically a light or white variant). JustBook automatically shows the right one per surface — so a dark logo never disappears into a dark sidebar, and a light one never vanishes on a white page.
  • Icon (optional) — a square mark shown as the browser-tab icon on your booking page. If you skip it, your logo is used instead.

PNG or SVG with a transparent background works best. Uploads apply when you click Save Changes.

  1. Go to Settings → Branding.
  2. Set your Primary color — this is your main brand color, used for buttons, links, and highlights across your booking page.
  3. Optionally set an Accent color. Leave it on Auto to let JustBook derive one from your primary, or switch to Custom to choose your own.
  4. Pick a Font at the top of the page. It applies across all your public and admin pages.
  5. Click Save Changes.

Your booking page and admin portal update to match. A live preview on the Branding page shows how your choices look before you save.

The palette editor gives you a few more controls:

  • Text on primary — the text color shown on top of your primary color (for example, button labels). Leave it on Auto and JustBook picks a readable one; switch to Custom to set it yourself.
  • Canvas style — the background tone behind your content: Pure grey, Branded tint (a hint of your color), Warm, or Cool.
  • ModeLight or Dark. Light suits most businesses.
  • Admin sidebar — show your sidebar in your Brand color or a Neutral tone.

You can pick any color — including near-white or near-black. JustBook automatically keeps text and key elements legible against whatever you choose, so an unusual brand color won’t leave buttons or labels unreadable on your booking page. You don’t need to hand-tune contrast; leaving the Auto options in place handles it.

Your palette applies to your public booking page and to the emails customers receive, so a confirmation or reminder looks like it came from your business. Everything a customer touches through JustBook carries your colors and font.

Two things are branded separately:

  • Emails use your palette automatically, but the sender name and address are set elsewhere — see Email sender identity.
  • Stripe checkout and receipts (if you take online payments) are branded in your Stripe account, not in JustBook, and aren’t updated automatically. The Branding page links you to your Stripe branding settings.
